The City of Melton is one of metropolitan Melbourne’s priority growth areas. It has seen tremendous growth in the past few years, and this is set to continue with the Victoria Planning Authority’s approval of urban-growth PSP’s in the west.

To keep pace with the growing population there are a number of roadwork projects planned in the City of Melton.

One such project is the upgrading of Beattys Road to sealed surface. The works are scheduled for completion in August, and the section of the BeattysRoad adjacent to Aspire Boulevard will be closed to traffic.
